DRIVE-IN / DRIVE-THRU RACK

Drive-In racking requires operators to drive into the racking system from one side and remove pallets from the same entry point. Product is rotated in a Last-In, First-Out inventory manner because of the single entry/exit point. Pallets are stored back-to-back without aisles for exceptionally dense storage. This style system is an excellent solution for product that is not time or date sensitive, or for fast moving pallets that are rotated frequently.

BOLTLESS SHELVING

The economic way to maximize your warehouse.  All boltless shelving can be disassembled easily, transported, and re-assembled wherever extra storage is needed.

PUSHBACK RACKING

Pushback racking allows pallets to be stored from 2 to 6 deep on either side of an aisle. Pallets are placed on nesting carts that glide on rails. Benefits:

• Reduces picking time
• Quick solution for loading and unloading
• Requires fewer aisles
• Best for last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventory
• Stores multiple SKU's

CANTILEVER RACK

Cantilever rack is ideal for storing long, bulky products such as lumber, pipe, furniture, steel, carpet, plywood, appliances and more. Cantilever racking is available in heavy-duty structural or medium duty roll-formed design.  Arms are available in various capacities to meet load requirements.  Some advantages:

• Single & double sided columns available
• Pin locking system with no bolts or loose parts provide the strongest, safest arm locking method
• Long and short inventory can be stored in the same bay

FLOW RACK

Pallet Flow Rack (gravity flow rack) is high density pallet storage system that utilizes depth to increase capacity. It eliminates all aisles except the entrance and exit aisles. It's ideal for freezer, warehouse, food handling, order picking, and high volume applications. Pallet flow rack can be integrated into an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) for even greater efficiency. 

Carton Flow Rack provides both split and full carton order picking. With carton flow rack, stockers load the rack from the back while the cartons glide down wheel tracks to the picking faces.  Does your product have different widths? Do you have seasonal merchandise?
