Branch Manager - Nampa, ID

Essential Job Duties:

This position will work closely with the President, CFO, and other departmental teams. The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the branch.
  • Responsible for the strategic oversight, administration and management of several departments, including organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Establish goals and expectations for team oversight, setting direction and influencing team performance through development/coaching of managers and employees.
  • Implement strategies to ensure operational and customer delivery services perform at a high level (i.e., operational best practices and oversee the branch's work flows and process flows).
  • Effectively manage the business to ensure forecasts and budgets are met and reported accurately.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with employees, management team, customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
  • Create a positive, productive, working environment and culture.
  • Recruitment and selection of staff to meet workforce needs.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to review progress of goals and desired outcomes.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of service operations experience in a managerial role.
  • Industry experience specific to forklift and material handling, prefer high-volume dealership background. 
  • Demonstrate strong skills in leading and managing cross-functional teams, comfortable taking the lead and able to drive results.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills.

Payroll Specialist/Accounting Assistant – Eagle, ID

Dillon Toyota Lift has an immediate opening for a Payroll Specialist/Accounting Assistant to work in the Corporate office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, and demonstrate strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills. Reports to the Controller and will perform a variety of duties that include payroll and general admin support for the Accounting and HR departments.

Essential Job Duties:

Payroll

  • Primary responsibility is to process bi-weekly payroll and ensure the delivery of compliant, accurate and timely payrolls.
  • Key resource for employee/manager inquiries involving payroll policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues related to the ADP Workforce Now system.
  • Provide orientation and training to users of the payroll, timekeeping and other systems.
  • Maintain a variety of files and payroll records, including the processing of personnel actions and updating all applicable systems.
  • Audit GPS and time records and report any discrepancies as directed.
  • Produce various monthly payroll and employee census reports.
 

Accounting/HR

  • Primary responsibility is to provide general day-to-day support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Cross train to serve as department backup.
  • Maintain required OSHA reporting for Safety Compliance vendor.
  • Toyota Fleet account review and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned, including occasional duties for the HR department as needed.
  • Participate in monthly Safety Committee meetings.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience relevant to job duties, such as: payroll, accounting, general ledger, office administration, and knowledge of HR benefits is a plus.
  • Or any combination of education and experience that is necessary to perform essential duties.
  • Positive attitude, self-management and initiative are key to the success of the role.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and prefer experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll system.

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs and service on industrial equipment at customer site.
  • Conduct computer-based diagnostics on forklifts and other products.
