The lithium-ion battery packs found in Hangcha's equipment is designed to last a long time. Because of this, Hangcha offers a 10 year or 20,000 hour warranty on A series 3-wheel Lithium-ion Electric Forklifts.  The XC series Lite-Duty Lithium-ion Electric Forklift has a 5 year or 10,000 hour warranty on the battery packs.  The battery packs will retain at least 80% residual capacity over 4,000 full charges. 

The battery management system with the lithium-ion battery packs is designed to continually monitor the lithium-ion cells and other vital components. It offers overcharge/over-discharge protection, fault monitoring, battery health estimates, battery current/voltage detection, and a low cost, low power consumption feature. These features make the lithium-ion battery packs the most reliable power option offered.
