The management team at Dillon Toyota Lift is a team in the true sense of the word.  We work together, bringing the individual strengths of many together to form a highly functional and unified organization.  We are all focused on one thing, providing the best possible experience to every customer we serve...whether that is a  phone call or the second you walk through our doors. Our Team

The management team at Dillon Toyota Lift is dedicated to providing every client with outstanding support and service. Our experienced leaders strive continually to improve our processes so we can make a difference in your business. 

John Dillon

President & CEO

John Dillon was born, raised, and has lived in Idaho his entire life. He is a third-generation business owner and has enjoyed learning from his predecessors.

John's personal goal every day is to create an “Exceptional Customer Experience” and to create a fantastic work environment for all of the Dillon Toyota Lift team members. He looks forward to serving each and every “DTL” customer.

Melody Jorgensen

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Prior to joining the DTL team, Melody served as the Area Controller for the Kendall Auto Group, and previously in Controller roles for Edmark Auto Inc, Saint Alphonsus Physician Services, and Home-Style Industries.

She graduated from Boise State University with a BA in Accounting, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in 2010).

Melody moved to Nampa when she was 5, and enjoys camping and hiking.

Jay Becker

Vice President of Business Development

An Idaho native, Jay has spent the past 26 years in sales and sales management. A graduate from Boise State University, he is responsible for managing the sales organization at Dillon Toyota Lift in both Idaho and Utah.

Together with the rest of the DTL management team, Jay is committed to simply doing anything and everything possible to ensure our clients are happy with our products and services.

Jon Schumacher

Branch Manager (Utah Branch)

Prior to joining the DTL team, Jon spent 16 years in the plumbing wholesale industry working in sales, operations, and distribution management.  A Virginia native, and a Virginia Tech graduate, Jon's career brought him to Utah in 2011 where, in his words, he is "here to stay." Jon and his family enjoy skiing, hiking, camping and anything else that keeps them in the mountains.

Jon's passion is continuous improvement in all aspects of our business.  He is committed to making DTL the premier material handling company in Utah by providing best in class service, keeping the right parts on the shelf, and making Dillon Toyota Lift a great place to work.

Craig Clermont

General Manager, Warehouse Solutions

Craig grew up in Colorado before joining the US Air Force.  After serving for eight years he started his professional career in the cellular industry.  He completed his degree in electronics and a BS in Technical Management before becoming a certified (LEAN) Six Sigma Blackbelt. 

His career path brought him to an executive level position for a company in California before leaving to start his own Material Handling Integration & Installation company in Salt Lake City, UT. 

In November 2018, Craig joined DTL to start the Warehouse Solutions Division.  He believes you are only as good as your people...Give them the tools, training and empowerment and your company will continuously grow and prosper.  

Rhonda Wilton

Human Resources Manager

Rhonda has over 25 years of Human Resources experience.  Prior to joing Dillon Toyota Lift, she worked as an HR Consultant for three years and as a Director of HR for 13 years with an engineering firm.  She has a diverse background in several industries including finance, health care, engineering, and technology. 

Rhonda's expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices.  Overseeing all aspects of HR management, she is responsible for building the HR infrastructure and implementing employee programs necessary to support the long-term success of the company.  Her commitment and focus as a leader is to bring out the best in others. 

Rhonda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and post-graduate studies at Northwest Nazarene University.  She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).  


Dawnette Archer


Dawnette has worked in the Accounting Management field for over 27 years. She grew up in Northern California and took Accounting/Business courses at Delta Junior College and Diablo Valley Community College.

Dawnette worked as a Controller for a High Reach Equipment company, a JLG and Genie Dealer for 6 years in the California Bay Area before relocating to Idaho in 1998. At which point she worked as a Controller in Civil Engineering/Land Development field for the next 10 years.

She joined the Dillon Toyota Lift team in 2010 and is strongly focused on employee culture and company reputation.

Michael Turner

Rental & Used Asset Manager

Mike is a native of Utah and has worked in the truck leasing industry for over 20 years.  Starting in sales and moving up to the director level throughout his career.  

He joined the DTL team in 2017 and is responsible for the Rental and Used Assets company wide. 

Mike obtained his degree from Louisiana Tech University where he was a star football player.  He was a 2-time All-American and was inducted to the JUCO Hall of Fame.

Shawn Perkins

Operations Manager (Utah Branch)

A Utah native, Shawn has spent the past 17 years working in the material handling industry. He is responsible for managing the part service and service departments at Dillon Toyota Lift in Utah.

Together with the rest of the DTL management team, Shawn is committed to doing anything and everything possible to ensure our clients are happy with their products and services.
